Mr. Sanjay Sharma stands as a distinguished leader and visionary, bringing with him over 30 years of rich and versatile experience across Banking & Financial Services, Travel and Tourism, International Trade, Business Seminars, and Promotion Events.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has been associated with some of the world’s leading foreign banks, where he played a pivotal role in financial services and business promotion initiatives, fostering global relationships and unlocking new growth opportunities.
His deep-rooted expertise in the travel trade and tourism sector has seen him actively participate and contribute to major business promotion events and international seminars across the globe.
With extensive travel experience spanning Europe, Latin America, Central America, Central Africa, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, Mr. Sharma has developed a truly global perspective — vital for bridging businesses and cultures.
Renowned for his dynamic business acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills, Mr. Sharma holds a respected reputation among prominent Trade Councils, Chambers of Commerce, and Trade Promotion Organizations both in India and internationally. Mr. Dimitar Delchev is a lawyer with 18+ years experience as consultant. He graduated law in Sofia University in 2008 and in 2009 received a post-graduate degree from the University of Cambridge. Dimitar also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the American University in Bulgaria.
Dimitar consults companies on corporate and commercial issues, development of renewable energy and real estate projects and IT and Fintech cases. He is appreciated for his understanding of the clients’ business needs combined with case solving abilities. He is also an entrepreneur in the IT sector.
Between 2014 and 2016 and in 2021 Dimitar Delchev was member of the Bulgarian Parliament. He worked on the drafting and adoption of the Fifth amendment of the Bulgarian Constitution as well as on numerous legal acts in the fields of judicial reform, commerce, technology, regional development, environment etc.
Dimitar is founder and member of Pan Blockchain Association, Artificial Intelligence Institute, International Moot Court Competitions Association and a number of bilateral trade chambers. He acted as mentor of teams of students in international moot court competitions.

With a career spanning nearly two decades, Harmandeep Singh brings a powerful blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to social impact. His journey began in 2006 at the global powerhouse General Electric (GE) in its Healthcare division. Over a successful 7-year tenure, he rose through the ranks to become a Manager and was selected for a prestigious business integration project in the USA in 2011 — a testament to his leadership and global mindset. In 2013, he joined Basware, a leading Finland-based enterprise solutions provider, again as a Manager. After nearly two years in this role, Harmandeep chose to channel his expertise into a new path — entrepreneurship.
Today, he is the driving force behind Lexicon EduOverseas, a globally-oriented education consultancy offering end-to-end services to students aspiring to study abroad. From visa assistance to settlement planning, Lexicon is a trusted partner in turning international education dreams into reality for students across the globe.
Beyond business, Harmandeep is equally committed to giving back. He is the founder of First Soul Foundation, an NGO dedicated to school education and skill development. Through this initiative, he is working to empower underprivileged communities and build a more educated, skilled, and ethical society. A firm believer in integrating enterprise with empathy, his long-term vision is to merge his business acumen with social responsibility — uplifting lives by promoting standardized practices, ethical values, and overall enrichment of human potential.

Isha Sood, Manager – India Chapter at the Council for European Indian Business & Cultural Relation (CEIBCR), plays a key role in managing corporate engagement, strategic liaison, and institutional coordination across India. She actively handles relationships with corporate houses, trade bodies, and international stakeholders to strengthen Europe–India business cooperation. Her responsibilities include facilitating trade discussions, supporting cross-border collaborations, and assisting members in navigating business and cultural frameworks. Isha regularly represents the Council at seminars, business forums, and industry conferences, contributing to dialogue on trade, investment, and bilateral opportunities. She is also involved in planning and executing CEIBCR’s events, delegations, and outreach initiatives, supporting the Council’s mission of fostering sustainable business growth and cultural connectivity between Europe and India.

Mr. Oluyinka Oladipo Afinni, Managing Director of Haffinique Nigeria Limited, is CEIBCR’s Country Chapter Head (Nigeria) representing Nigeria within the Council’s international ecosystem.
Through CEIBCR, Mr. Afinni engages with investors and business leaders across Europe, India, and Africa, fostering opportunities in trade, manufacturing, distribution, and investment collaboration. His role strengthens CEIBCR’s presence in Nigeria while enabling Council members to explore market entry, partnerships, and sector-specific cooperation in Nigeria and beyond.
This partnership reinforces CEIBCR’s mission to act as a bridge between regions, cultures, and economies.
Connecting Himalayan adventure expertise with global business collaboration
Mr. Pariyar is the founder and CEO of Rudra Trekking Pvt Ltd, is CEIBCR’s Chapter Head (Nepal Travel and tourism ). Rudra Trekking Pvt Ltd is a premier adventure tourism and trekking company based in Nepal.
Through his association with CEIBCR, Mr. Pariyar plays an active role in advancing cross-border tourism, cultural exchange, and sustainable travel partnerships between South Asia, Europe, and India. Leveraging his deep expertise in Himalayan adventure tourism, he creates strategic opportunities for collaboration, destination promotion, and experiential travel development for CEIBCR members.
As a CEIBCR partner, Mr. Pariyar strengthens the Council’s mission to connect global business communities, promote inclusive economic cooperation, and support initiatives that enhance market access and cultural understanding across regions.
